HELIOS TOOL v1.0.0 A12 A13 RAMDISK Tool Download (Free No SN Register

The developer shown in the application is Pir Muhammad Akash. Version 1.0.0 is the first release covered here.

One important point is that Hello Bypass is still in beta. The other listed functions, including passcode removal, backup, restore and the ramdisk tools, are marked as ready to use in the supplied release information.

What HELIOS TOOL v1.0.0 Does

HELIOS TOOL communicates with supported Apple devices while they are in DFU mode. It uploads a patched iBSS, boots a custom ramdisk and connects to the device volumes through SSH over USB.

The main window is divided into device controls, ramdisk controls and a console area. The console shows the different stages while the ramdisk is being loaded and the device volumes are mounted.

The supplied screenshot shows an iPhone 11 identified as iPhone12,1. The interface also shows the A13 Bionic chip, iOS 18.3 and the device ECID. During the displayed process, the tool is booting the ramdisk and establishing the SSH tunnel.

Supported Apple Devices

HELIOS TOOL v1.0.0 supports selected A12 and A13 Bionic devices. The supported models listed for the release are below.

Unsupported Devices

The tool does not cover every Apple device. The supplied information specifically lists the following as unsupported:

iPad Pro 2018 with A12X

Apple TV 4K 2nd generation

A14 and newer chips

The A12X iPad Pro is not included because a compatible ramdisk bundle is not available for it. The application also checks the detected chip before proceeding with a job.

The ramdisk is selected according to the detected device and iOS version. The supplied information says that the tool does not use a ramdisk from a different major iOS version.

There is also an exact 18.7 bundle for the iPhone XR. The supplied details identify it as iOS 18.7.9, build 22H355. Other 18.x versions use the 18.3 bundle as the same-major fallback.

the required ramdisk is not already available locally, the application can fetch it automatically. The server CDN is tried first, followed by Google Drive. Once downloaded, the bundle is cached locally.

An offline ramdisk folder can also be populated beforehand. In that case, the tool can use the local bundle instead of downloading it from the network.

Requirements Before Using the Tool

Windows 10 or Windows 11 x64 PC

Supported A12 or A13 Apple device

Administrator access

Genuine USB cable

USB 2.0 port recommended

Authorised ECID

iTunes, Apple Devices and Finder closed

The first job on a device may need an internet connection so the required ramdisk can be downloaded. The alternative is to have the required offline ramdisk folder already populated.

How to Prepare the Device

Before starting a job, the supplied instructions recommend installing the DFU drivers first. The device should also have more than 30% battery, and the original cable should be used with a USB 2.0 port.

iTunes, Apple Devices and Finder should be closed before working with the tool. The ECID also needs to be authorised because the application checks it with the server before starting a job.

Driver Installation

Connect the supported Apple device to the Windows PC.

Run HELIOS TOOL with administrator permission.

Click the FIX DRIVER button.

The tool installs the libusbK and usbliter8 DFU drivers.

If the device is still not detected, disconnect the USB cable and run FIX DRIVER again.

Entering DFU Mode

The supplied procedure for entering DFU mode is:

Connect the device to the computer.

Hold Power and Volume Down for 5 seconds.

Release Power while continuing to hold Volume Down for another 10 seconds.

The display should remain black when the device is in DFU mode.

HELIOS TOOL should show DFU DETECTED.

Once the device is detected, the application reads the device information before selecting the required ramdisk.

Using the Main Jobs

After the device is detected and the required drivers are installed, the required action can be selected from the main window.

For backup, the tool boots the appropriate ramdisk, mounts the volumes and handles the activation records. Restore uses a saved activation record and then reboots the device.

The Hello Bypass process has an additional preparation step. The supplied instructions say to generate the Hello files while the device is in Normal mode first. After that, the device is placed into DFU mode for the Hello Bypass option.

Because Hello Bypass is still beta in v1.0.0, this particular function should be treated differently from the functions marked ready in the release information.

Console and Status Information

The console is one of the useful parts of the application because the process is shown line by line. The supplied screenshot shows status information while the ramdisk is being booted.

Visible messages include the detected device information, ECID, selected ramdisk target, sending different payload stages, booting the ramdisk, connecting the SSH tunnel and mounting partitions.

The interface also has controls such as STOP, RETRY SSH and CLEAR around the console area.

Important Notes

HELIOS TOOL checks the ECID with its server before starting a job. An unauthorised device is refused.

The device should be a device you are authorised to work on. The software changes activation data on the connected device.

The application also checks the detected chip and iOS version before selecting a ramdisk. Unsupported devices are rejected instead of being sent through an unsupported ramdisk process.

Hello Bypass should not be considered a finished feature in version 1.0.0. The supplied release information specifically marks it as beta.
